Technical Writing

I bring several years of experience as a Documentation Engineer, specializing in creating technical content in English for various software applications, including SaaS, On-Premise solutions, and APIs, with translation expertise in Spanish.

My toolkit includes MadCap Flare, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe FrameMaker, and Antora.

In addition to technical writing, I develop comprehensive training materials, such as e-learning courses, instructional videos, and presentations. I also design UX copy, such as error and system messages, tooltips, UI labels, and user assistance. Furthermore, I establish and define writing practices, standards, and procedures, including style guides and CSS.
